I had the pleasure of staying at Penkerris during a recent trip with my elderly parents and I must say, the hotel exceeded all of our high expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Charlie and Rosie, went above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable and welcome. They even provided extra assistance and consideration for my parents, which truly made our stay special. the heating in our room was perfect and kept us cozy during the chilly evenings, while the dining table provided a fantastic space for us to enjoy meals together. Not to mention, the garden furniture allowed us to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and kitchen utensils made it convenient for us to prepare our meals. the electric kettle was a handy addition for my parents, who enjoy their tea throughout the day. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the carpeted floors added a touch of warmth to the room. the proximity to fantastic local eateries, such as the Cuckoo Cafe and Taste, made dining out a breeze. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay truly memorable.
